See our 2007 catalogue!

You are invited...
Please be sure to view our Silent Auction in the lobby of Christ Church Cathedral on February 16. Doors open at 6:30 for auction viewing, and our staged reading of Hay Fever starts at 7:30.   Bidding will close at the end of intermission.

How it works
Bid sheets are placed next to every item/package on the tables.  Simply fill in the required information on the bid sheets to qualify as a bidder.

The names of the successful bidders will be announced at the end of the performance.  These persons are asked to return to the Silent Auction area after the show to pay for and pick up their items.  Any successful bidder who fails to do so will forfeit any claim to that item, and that item will go to the next qualified bidder on the bid sheet.

How to pay
Theatre Cares Vancouver is happy to accept cash or personal cheques (made out to “Theatre Cares”).  We are also able to accept payment by Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

Where your donations go
Our fundraising efforts in 2007 will benefit the Actors’ Fund of Canada, AIDS Vancouver, BC Persons with AIDS Society (BCPWA), and the Positive Women's Network.

In the past three years, we proudly donated a total of $90,000 to charity.  We sincerely hope to match that amount this year, and we thank you for your generous consideration when placing bids.
